Ingredients:
1 small/medium sweet potato, peeled and chopped into small pieces
2 carrots, chopped
1 apple, chopped
1 orange, peeled and chopped
1/4 – 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon (or nutmeg if you prefer)

Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients in to your smoothie maker
2. Add water up to the liquid line on your smoothie maker
3. Blend for 30 – 40 seconds and enjoy!
