These super, super simple berry pots are an amazing healthy treat for little and large kids!
Eat as they are or make lot’s up and then freeze and remove from the freezer an hour or so before eating.
100 – 150g of frozen mixed berries
2 tbsp. honey, maple syrup or agave nectar
Extra berries and/or cinnamon to serve – Optional
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth
- Pour into small bowls and garnish
- Eat as is or return to the freezer and remove an hour before serving
