This recipe is super easy and quick and you get a healthy and delicious treat in no time at all.
Ingredients:
24 pitted dates, soaked for 30 mins
1 cup tahini (or another nut butter if you prefer)
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
2 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of  Himalayan or sea salt
Directions:
1. Soak then drain dates and add to a high speed food processor
2. Add all the other ingredients and process until smooth
3. Cover a baking tray with kitchen foil or grease-proof paper
4. Use a spoon to place small fudge shape portions on your tray
5. Place in freezer for 45 mins.  Remove and eat at your leisure.  Replace any you do not eat and remove 1 hour before wishing to consume in future. Note: they will melt a little if left out of the freezer for to long.
