Super Simple Raw Vegan Fudge Recipe…

I love fudge, but usually it’s pretty unhealthy, however I’ve found a totally delicious yet really nutritious version instead!

 

Ingredients

250 g of de-seeded, chopped dates

5 tbsp. tahini

1/2 tsp. cinnamon, ground

1 small pinch of nutmeg

1 tbp. vanilla extract

 

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix well
  2. Pour mix into a small tray and push down to form a large bar of fudge
  3. Freeze for 1-2 hours and then remove and turn out onto a chopped board and cut into fudge size squares
  4. Return to the freezer until a hour before you eat them and then remove
