Ingredients
2 medium bananas
150g oats
150ml unsweetened almond milk (or other milk alternative)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Oil for frying
Fruit and maple syrup for topping
Directions
- Put all the ingredients in a high speed blender (I used my Nutribullet for this) and blend well.
- Heat a small frying pan with a tbsp of oil (I used coconut oil) on the hob.
- Pour in some of the mixture and fry until golden brown, flip and do the same on the other side.
- Stake pancakes and garnish with fruits and maple syrup.
- Enjoy!
