Ingredients

2 medium bananas

150g oats

150ml unsweetened almond milk (or other milk alternative)

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Oil for frying

Fruit and maple syrup for topping

 

Directions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a high speed blender (I used my Nutribullet for this) and blend well.
  2. Heat a small frying pan with a tbsp of oil (I used coconut oil) on the hob.
  3. Pour in some of the mixture and fry until golden brown, flip and do the same on the other side.
  4. Stake pancakes and garnish with fruits and maple syrup.
  5. Enjoy!
