This ice cream is not only free-from, it’s raw, paleo, good for you and DELICIOUS!
Ingredients:
3 large bananas (or 4 small ones)
1 vanilla pod
2 tsp. of edible dried lavender
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
2. Place in a plastic tube and put in the freezer for around 3 hours.
3. Remove and enjoy!
If you aren’t keen on lavender, then add a different herb.
The above should make roughly two servings, if you want more, put more bananas in!
