These raw vegan cookie dough balls couldn’t be easier to make and they are great healthy treats for little and large kids and keeps well in the fridge for up to a week.

Ingredients:
200g cashew nuts
200g of rolled oats
4 tbsp of cacao nibs
2 tsp of vanilla extract
6 tbsp of agave
1/4 tsp of ground sea or rock salt

Directions:
1. Place cashews and oats into a food processor and blend until the mix looks like breadcrumbs
2. Add all the other ingredients until well mixed
3. Make mixture into small balls by pressing the mix tightly together in your hands
4. Place in the fridge for a minimum of 30 mins to set and leave in the fridge when not eating them
5. Enjoy!
