These are totally delicious and can be eaten for just about any meal! ;0)

 

Ingredients:

3 Bananas

200g of Brazil nuts, ground

200g flax / linseed’s, ground

2 tsp. of cinnamon

1/2 tsp. of nutmeg

2 tsp. non alcohol based vanilla extract

200 – 250ml of filtered water

 

Directions:

1.  Add the banana to a food processor and blend until smooth.

2.  Add the rest of the ingredients  to the food processor and blend until smooth and slightly runny (adding enough water to make this so).

3.  Ladle the mixture onto the lined / paraflexx sheets on dehydrator trays (five per tray).  Use the back of the ladle to make the mixture into circles.

4.  Dehydrate for 7-8 hrs at 104f until  they are firm enough to flip over onto the mesh of the dehydrator tray. Dehydrate for a further 6-7 hrs.

5. 200g strawberries or mixed berries chopped and blended until runny and pour over pancakes.  Add raw honey, agave nectar or maple syrup if you prefer them sweeter.
