Ingredients:

1 large papaya, peeled, de-seeded and chopped

150ml of coconut milk

2 tbsp. honey

Juice of 1/2 a lime

Small pinch of Himalayan or Sea-salt

 

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend well.
  2. Pour into a tub and place in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
  3. Store in the freezer, but take out at least an hour before eating.
