Probiotic Kombucha Gummies

 

Healthy, probiotic sweets, what is the World coming too?? 🤣

 

100ml Kombucha

100ml Freshly squeezed orange or lemon juice

4 tbsp Gelatin or 5 of Agar Agar

3 tbsp Honey (4 tbsp with Agar Agar)

 

  1. Mix gelatin (or agar agar) with 1/4 of the kombucha until a paste
  2. Heat the orange juice slightly in a pan (dont boil) and then mix in the gelatin or agar mixture until there are lumps.
  3. Take off the heat, add honey and mix well.
  4. When the mixture is only slightly warm add the remaining Kombucha (never before, as too much heat will destroy the probiotics).
  5. Pour into molds and place in the fridge for a couple of hours too set.
  6. Remove from molds, keep in a sealed jar in the fridge until you eat them. Eat within 2wks.
