Probiotic Kombucha Gummies
Healthy, probiotic sweets, what is the World coming too?? 🤣
100ml Kombucha
100ml Freshly squeezed orange or lemon juice
4 tbsp Gelatin or 5 of Agar Agar
3 tbsp Honey (4 tbsp with Agar Agar)
- Mix gelatin (or agar agar) with 1/4 of the kombucha until a paste
- Heat the orange juice slightly in a pan (dont boil) and then mix in the gelatin or agar mixture until there are lumps.
- Take off the heat, add honey and mix well.
- When the mixture is only slightly warm add the remaining Kombucha (never before, as too much heat will destroy the probiotics).
- Pour into molds and place in the fridge for a couple of hours too set.
- Remove from molds, keep in a sealed jar in the fridge until you eat them. Eat within 2wks.
