I was wrong…
- I was wrong when I said eating raw vegan was the healthiest way to eat
- I was wrong when I thought daily juices and smoothies were super healthy
- I was wrong when I bought all the superfoods from all over the World
- I was wrong when I was popping all the supplements all the time
- I was wrong when I was ‘fasting’ all the time
- I was wrong for ignoring my body
- I was wrong when I listened to others over what my body was telling me
- I was wrong when to ignore my own cycles and the cycles and seasons of this life
- I was wrong when I thought I knew better than nature
- I was wrong when I thought all plant foods were super good for us
- I was wrong when I said gluten was not a big problem for everyone!
- I was wrong when I said soya (and soya products like tofu etc) was not only OK, but healthy for us to consume
- I was wrong when I said as long as the food is an organic wholefood is does not really matter what it is
- I was wrong when I said free-from foods were good for us
- I was wrong when I did not prioritise nature over almost everything else to do with health
- I was wrong when I wrote the books and taught the classes that shared any of the above information! I thought it was right, but it doesn’t even make sense when I look back on it all now.
How can going against our true nature as human beings, thinking we know better than nature, ignoring our nervous systems, nutrient needs, electron needs from air, water, earth, and light be healthy? We are animals, we need nature, we are part of nature, and we become unwell in many different ways when away from nature.
This makes sense!
This will always make sense!
It’s that simple!

Re “I was Wrong”
Reading the above ‘Plant based to Animal based’ and the podcast with Lierre Keith.
I join you in that statement.
I have been Very wrong !
The proof is in the pudding as we say.
As you know from our shared comments i am healing fast.
The awful debilitating symptoms of chronic fatigue and what seemed like depression are gone.
I am carefully building my physical strength.
I will be 62 in July and aware to respect and go gently with my body.
It’s beyond amazing to me how in just 2 weeks i am no longer sat on the kitchen floor waiting for the kettle to whistle but doing stomach crunches instead.
Hubby is speechless.
I can skip up and down stairs.
It makes me giggle when this happens without thinking
This cannot be placebo .
I ate regular fish, all types and more during the past year whilst i was at my weakest and very occasionally chicken.
My belief for sure is that my personal physiology needs red meat more than any other animal.
I have the MTHFR mutation. Gene. Have been taking a folate supplement for years.
As well as beef I am now eating regular chicken also.
Unpasteurised butter and full fat organic milk and mature cheese.
(no longer soya milk). No plant based products at all. No Gluten at all. I have lost 4lbs in Weight which takes me back to the weight i was prior to becoming ill. My natural healthy weight i guess.
I think i am very intolerant to Gluten and am asking for a blood test tomorrow .
I have been implementing more of the knowledge you have gifted.
I am sincerely grateful Faith.
I plan on making beef liver and onions this week. My parents are 91 and 90 and totally independent. Liver was a typical once a week meal we all ate during my childhood.
Proof in The pudding for sure.
I feel so positive about my future and the beauty of life now. 2 weeks ago i felt no positivity and no joy, just guilt and shame that i could barely clean my home or even
bring myself to fold washing.
No amount of positive mindset/ meditation etc helped .
Bizarre and crazy. I was literally a flat battery that survived on intermittent trickle charge.
I have taken on board your advice about circadian sleep importance. I have been awake naturally at 6am ish for the past 4 mornings. Stayed awake during the day
This is insane for me. I am loving it.

This is REALLY amazing. Thank you so much for sharing this and am sooo pleased for you.
No need to get a gluten test, no one should be eating it, soya and gluten are destroying people’s health as they make their way through the digestive system and into the blood. Focus on animal proteins and plenty of fats and seasonal veg, this is how the body thrives. Go you!!
