Below are my own personal health changes from going plant-based to animal-based over the last 3.5 years (so far) and this is from someone that was already feeling pretty strong and healthy!

  • Auto-immune disease Hashimoto – officially gone (but I am still waiting for zero anti-bodies for my own personal tick-in-the-box)
  • Seriously underactive thyroid – gone
  • Thyroid nodules – gone
  • Heart value prolapse – gone
  • Heart arrhythmia – gone
  • Perimenopause – gone (I no longer want to murder people or am having crazy hot, hot flushes and my bloods confirm I am not perimenopausal also)
  • Dizziness & fainting – gone
  • General aches & pains – gone
  • Back & neck pain (from an injury 3 decades ago) – gone
  • General lumps, bumps & gristle (which i have had for over 20yrs) in my breasts – gone
  • Cyst (i have had for at least 20yrs) gone
  • Brain feels more switched on
  • More energy than i have ever had
  • Quicker recovery from physical excursion (like super quick)
  • Body odor – gone
  • Hair is slowly getting thicker
  • Nails are stronger
  • Weight loss (even though I eat WAY more than I used to)
  • Better relationship with my food & body
