Below are my own personal health changes from going plant-based to animal-based over the last 3.5 years (so far) and this is from someone that was already feeling pretty strong and healthy!
- Auto-immune disease Hashimoto – officially gone (but I am still waiting for zero anti-bodies for my own personal tick-in-the-box)
- Seriously underactive thyroid – gone
- Thyroid nodules – gone
- Heart value prolapse – gone
- Heart arrhythmia – gone
- Perimenopause – gone (I no longer want to murder people or am having crazy hot, hot flushes and my bloods confirm I am not perimenopausal also)
- Dizziness & fainting – gone
- General aches & pains – gone
- Back & neck pain (from an injury 3 decades ago) – gone
- General lumps, bumps & gristle (which i have had for over 20yrs) in my breasts – gone
- Cyst (i have had for at least 20yrs) gone
- Brain feels more switched on
- More energy than i have ever had
- Quicker recovery from physical excursion (like super quick)
- Body odor – gone
- Hair is slowly getting thicker
- Nails are stronger
- Weight loss (even though I eat WAY more than I used to)
- Better relationship with my food & body
