Allergy Advice…

If you are feeling the stir of allergies &/or hay fever right now, then here’s some food for thought…

Hay fever was never a thing, it’s become more and more of a thing in recent years because of the toxic fumes (exhaust fumes, perfumes, air-fresheners, candles, hair sprays, carpets, paints, plastics etc) etc within our environment that make us less resilient and more sensitive and because more and more of us have poor gut health, histamine issues and do not spend enough time in the sun or on the earth.  Hands down if you have any kind of allergy, it means you have some sort of histamine issue going on.

Nature IS NOT against us, allergies etc are a symptom of something else out of whack.  Yes, we can do things to reduce the allergies, but they’ll always be there if we don’t address the root cause… which is in fact pretty easy to do!

In the meantime, you can find some relief from things little nettles, local honey, Vit C, Zinc, B12, B6, sulphur, reducing sugar and processed foods & not going outside.  However, these are temporary ‘fixes’.  What helps allergies now, stops you having issues into the future and addresses the underlaying cause behind them (which will also be causing many other health issues too).  Is returning to our true nature as human beings (yep here she goes again ha).

What I mean by this, is addressing the underlying histamine issue, whilst connecting back with nature.  Luckily, they are both so interlinked that when you ‘fix’ one you fix the other.

Here’s my recommendations of how to do this and if done daily this should have quick and long-term results (it’s truly amazed me at what it’s done for my own health)…

  • Get outside daily for sunrise with the sun in your eyes (with no glasses, even reading glasses)
  • Put your feet on the earth daily for as long as you can
  • Get the sun on your belly daily (this actually encourages a healthy microbiome)
  • Get outside for sunset with the sun in your eyes
  • Never ever wear sun cream
  • Never ever wear sunglasses
  • Eat seasonally and locally (we don’t have the microbiome to utilise food that is not local and seasonal)
  • Use local and seasonal herbs/teas/supplements too, not stuff shipped in from all over the World (trust me it’s not really helping you)
  • Strictly cut out all gluten and soya (the body will always be ‘fighting’ itself and fuelling auto-immune issues when these are kept in the diet)
  • Eat predominantly animal fats and proteins and some local and seasonal veg and fruit if these feel good for you, but cut the carbs (rice, potatoes, flours etc).  Your body can get over almost anything if you convert back to being a fat burner instead of a carb burner.
  • Eat beef liver and kidney once a week, these supply the nutrients you are probably deficient in that is fuelling the histamine issue.
  • Wear yellow/clear blue light blockers indoors during the day and orange/red at night (especially when using devices or under LED lights)
  • Hardwire in as many devices as possible.
  • Drink plenty of clean, preferably distilled water with natural fulvic electrolytes added into it.
  • Go to sleep as close to dark as possible and as I said above, wake up for sunrise.
  • Regulate your nervous system as often as possible.  Stress fuels every illness!
  • Spend as much time as possible outside.
  • Stop antihistamines (these stop the body from doing what it needs to be naturally)

NOTE:  It does not have to be sunny, just daylight is fine!

Remember; Hay fever etc is not natural, should not be normal, nature is not against you and it’s simply your body talking to you and telling you something else much deeper needs addressing.  Then things like this go away!
