I guide people to move through chronic health challenges, like hormonal concerns (periods – pregnancy – menopause and more), CFS/ME, Fibro, IBS, long covid, chronic pain and auto-immune issues to living happy, healthy and wholesome lives again.
I am a trauma informed therapist, coach and author, who has also trained in Herbalism, extensively in Nutrition (holistic and sports) and so much more. You can read my full healing story / journey HERE, which also includes a list of my qualifications.
I completely recovered from CFS/ME, Fibro, sever IBS, depression, anxiety, OCD, chronic pain, insomnia, an auto-immune condition and 3 heart conditions.
You may notice my prices are really reasonable compared to a lot of coaches, that’s because I want to be able to help as many people as possible and understand a lot of people have been unwell for many years and because of this unable to work. I hope this helps more people access more help!

Each session is tailored to you and what you feel ready and able to work with in that moment. Sessions could also be 1/2 hour instead of 1 hour, so you would have double the amount of sessions then.
