Well it is Christmas after-all!



400ml coconut milk

100ml of whiskey

50ml of real decaf coffee (cooled)

1 tsp. vanilla extract

4 tbsp. agave syrup



  1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and smoothie maker and blend for 30 seconds.
  2. Put into an empty bottle or jar and place in the fridge for 2hrs.  Shake well before pouring each serving.
