These raw vegan banana balls are not only totally delicious, but they are super easy to make also!

Ingredients:

2 banana’s, peeled
170g cashew nut butter (or a nut or seed butter of your choice)
150g dates, pitted
300g of walnuts, ground
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of Himalayan or Sea salt

 

Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix well.
2. The mixture should be a little sticky, if not then add a little more nut butter, or if to sticky add some more walnuts ground down.
3. Roll mixture into balls with your hands and place on a plate.
4. Put balls into the fridge for a minimum of a couple of hours, but preferably over night to harden slightly.
5. Enjoy!
6. As with most of my raw recipes, these beautiful balls freeze well!
